1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the services provided under the Clinkcoins brand. Clinkcoins is a digital service operated by Clink Services Inc.

Clinkcoins provides digital content top-up and related transaction services. Clinkcoins does not operate, control, or manage any third-party platforms, games, publishers, or digital content ecosystems.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Clink Services Inc., operating the Clinkcoins service. Certain capitalized terms used in these Terms are defined in Section 2 (Definitions) and shall have the meanings set forth therein.

2. Definitions

• "Clinkcoins" means the digital service platform operated by Clink Services Inc. through which the Services are provided.
• "User" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Services, including any person acting on behalf of another individual or entity.
• "Services" means the transaction and technical services provided by Clinkcoins to facilitate Digital Content top-ups, payment processing, and order management, excluding the operation, availability, or performance of any third-party platforms, publishers, or digital content systems.
• "Digital Content" means non-tangible digital goods, gift codes, vouchers, credits, or similar items delivered electronically, and does not constitute a service outcome, guarantee of usability, or performance by any third-party platform or publisher.
• "Order" means a transaction submitted by a User and accepted by Clinkcoins through the Services, regardless of any subsequent use, redemption, or outcome of the Digital Content.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Services.

4. Eligibility

The Services are not intended for individuals who lack legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all applicable age and legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

5. Description of Services

Clinkcoins provides Digital Content top-up services, payment facilitation, and related transaction support. Clinkcoins does not publish, operate, or control any third-party platforms, games, or digital content.

6. Account Registration & Security

Certain Services may require account registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Clinkcoins shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard such credentials. Clinkcoins reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

7. Orders & Payment Authorization

By placing an Order, you authorize Clinkcoins and its payment partners to charge the selected payment method for the full transaction amount, including any applicable taxes and fees. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, currency exchange fees, data charges, and related charges on purchases that you make as a result of or in the course of using any of the Services. All Orders are subject to acceptance by Clinkcoins.

8. Pricing & Errors

Prices and availability may change without notice. In the event of pricing, typographical, or system errors, Clinkcoins reserves the right to cancel affected Orders and, where applicable, issue a refund.

9. Delivery of Digital Content

Digital Content is delivered electronically, including through direct top-up or issuance of digital codes. An Order is deemed fulfilled once the Digital Content is made available in accordance with the information provided by the User. User should be responsible for providing accurate recipient/account details required for fulfillment.

10. User Responsibility for Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided for Order fulfillment, including account IDs, region, server, or recipient details. Clinkcoins has no obligation to correct or recover Orders affected by incorrect information.

11. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, all Orders for Digital Content are final and non-refundable once fulfilled, as Digital Content is non-tangible and delivered electronically.

If you believe an Order was processed incorrectly or not delivered as described, you must contact Clinkcoins customer support within a reasonable period. Clinkcoins will investigate and make commercially reasonable efforts to address the issue. Any refund, if granted, will be provided at Clinkcoins' sole discretion.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree to contact Clinkcoins customer support prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized or excessive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including misuse of payment instruments or attempts to circumvent security or risk controls.

14. Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer

The Services and Digital Content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinkcoins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or Digital Content, including failures attributable to third-party platforms or publishers.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clinkcoins and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

17. Suspension & Termination

Clinkcoins may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to Clinkcoins, its payment partners, or other users.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. Changes to Terms

Clinkcoins may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
